The old site made visitors guess. This one asks once, then gets out of the way.
Three desks, not a sector list
We run the markets we can evidence. Maritime is the anchor and always will be; logistics and legal grew out of it because that is what our clients kept asking for.

Nevoxel Maritime
Shore-based, ship management, technical and marine, commercial, QHSE, port and terminal. The desk Nevoxel was founded on in 2008, and where most of our placements still come from.

Nevoxel Logistics
Freight forwarding, 3PL and 4PL, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, customs and trade, procurement. The desk that grew out of maritime, because that is where the cargo goes next.

Nevoxel Legal
General Counsel and in-house legal, contracts, compliance, corporate, litigation and legal operations. A standalone desk, started where our clients already needed it and widening from there.

Four ways we work
The desks above are the markets. These are the services that run across them — plus the programme that gets seafarers ashore in the first place.

Maritime shore recruitment
Superintendents, operations, chartering, crewing and HSEQ. The flagship desk, and the one most of our placements come from.

Executive search
CXO and senior appointments, usually confidential. Direct approach into a market where advertising the role tells your competitors your plans.

HR advisory (NECD)
Wellness, training and TMSA-aligned HR practice for maritime employers who need the people systems to match the fleet.

Sea2Shore
Our transition programme for seafarers coming ashore — CV translation, interview preparation and the first-year support that makes it stick.
Seventeen years on one desk
Long enough to know which packages move people, which counter-offers work, and which "urgent" briefs are actually urgent.
Experienced team
Seventeen years on the same desk, and advisors who have worked both sides of the gangway. You are not briefing a generalist.
Cost-effective
Sized for the mandate rather than a fixed percentage habit. Retained where discretion demands it, contingent where speed does.
Customised solutions
A single Chartering Manager and a thirty-person shore build are not the same problem. The process bends to the brief.

Notes from the shore-side market
What we are seeing on the desk, written for the people it affects.
How to read a sea CV when you have never been to sea
Hiring managers reject strong maritime candidates for the wrong reasons. Most of it comes down to four lines on a CV that shore readers misinterpret.

The first year ashore is where placements fail
Technical skills transfer cleanly. Office politics, salary structure and the loss of rank do not. What actually derails a move ashore.
