Bring process and data to a legal team that has outgrown its inbox. CLM rollout, panel spend and matter reporting.
Responsibilities
- Select and roll out a contract lifecycle management platform across three regions.
- Build matter intake, triage and reporting so the team can show where its time goes.
- Manage external counsel panel spend, billing guidelines and rate negotiation.
- Design and maintain the legal team’s KPI reporting to the executive.
Requirements
- Legal operations, legal project management or law firm PMO experience.
- Delivered at least one CLM or matter management implementation end to end.
- Fluent with data — you can build the report, not just request it.
Also useful
- A legal qualification, though it is not required for this role.
- Commodities or energy trading exposure.
